Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sunday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Is it for men and women together?
All areas are accessible to everyone, except the ladies only area. (which is only accessible to women)
Is there a Ladies only section?
Yes, it is only available for ladies. There will be a female security guard at the entrance.
Can I bring my own food?
It’s possible, but I wouldn’t recommend it. There are so many delicious food stands… that I would say: ‘Treat your taste buds with everything delicious!’.
Is the festival child-friendly?
SURE! Bring all your children, nephews and nieces.
Is there an ATM available?
Yes, there is an ATM machine available.
Is the festival accessible with strollers/wheelchairs/rollators?
Yes, all areas are accessible to everyone.
What are the parking options?
If you come to Jaarbeurs by car, it is useful to check in advance which parking lot is closest to the Jaarbeurs location of your visit. View the map for this . We advise you to follow the navigation address of the car park in question below or to follow the blue ANWB signs with the indication ‘Jaarbeurs’ from the Utrecht Ring. Vehicles over 2.70 meters
For any vehicle measured higher than 2.70 meters it is only possible to park at P2. There is a fixed rate of €80 per day for this.
Reserve a parking space in Utrecht
To avoid waiting in line, you can reserve a parking space online. Make sure you have entered your license plate number and then drive in and out without contact. For a parking ticket you can choose from a day ticket (from 00:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m.) or an evening ticket (from 6:01 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. the next morning).
Is the festival easily accessible by public transport?
Jaarbeurs is perfectly accessible by public transport. The location is right next to Utrecht Central Station and buses and trams stop continuously at the Jaarbeursplein stop.
Are you coming by train ? Then from Utrecht Central Station follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’. Within a few minutes you will be in the Beatrix building and if you cross the road you will arrive at the Event & Exhibition Center.
Are you coming by bus ? Then you take a bus that stops at the CS Jaarbeurszijde bus stop. From Utrecht Central station, follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’. In a few minutes you will be in the Beatrix building and if you cross the road you will reach the Event & Exhibition Center.
Are you coming by tram ? Then you take a tram that stops at the CS Jaarbeursplein tram stop. From this stop it is only a few minutes’ walk to the Beatrix building. Cross the road and you will arrive at the Event & Exhibition Center.

Is there a prayer room available?
Yes, alhamdulillah there is a prayer room.
How can I buy tickets for the festival?
You can only buy tickets via our own website. We do not offer ticket sales through third parties.
I don’t have a link in my ticket, what now?
If you open your email from Outlook, try opening it with a web browser. Does this still not work? Send an email to customerservice@thehalalvillage.com and we will help you further.
Can I cancel or return my ticket?
It is possible to cancel the purchase within fourteen days after purchase. Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible after that.
Is my ticket valid on both days?
There are separate tickets for Saturday and Sunday. If you have a weekend ticket, it is available on both days.
What is the advantage of a fast lane ticket?

Is my weekend ticket transferable?
No Unfortunately.
Do I have to print my ticket or can I show it on my phone?
You can show your ticket via your phone. Printing is allowed but not required.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes that is possible. (only online in advance is cheaper)
What are the payment methods? Online payment is only possible via iDeal.
Cash payment is also possible at the door.
