It is not possible to rent a stand for one day.
How many entrance tickets do I get per stand?
This depends on the size of your stand, your assigned event manager will inform you about this.
Are there parking tickets for exhibitors?
We do not have parking tickets available for exhibitors.
What additional costs should I take into account?
The more beautiful you want to decorate your stand, the higher your costs. But don’t forget, the more catchy your stand… the more attractive for the customer.
Can I choose where I will stand in advance?
No, the map will be created by the event manager. You can indicate which area you prefer. (preference is not a final placement)
Can I finish earlier if I want to go home earlier?
No. Dismantling is ONLY possible on Sunday, May 19 from 7:30 PM.
What are the construction days?
The construction day is on Friday, May 17 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
What are the dismantling days?
The dismantling time is on Sunday, May 19 from 7:15 PM to 9:00 PM
